In Hamburg, the general manager of Merkur Insurance is full of praise for his top-selling agent, Harry Weber. As a reward for his services, he grants him his heart's desire: a pilot's license. Naturally, the flight school is located in an idyllic small town that the insurance company hasn't yet developed. The head of the Bergen Gymnasium located there is Oskar Weber, Harry's twin brother, whom he lost touch with 20 years ago.
